Disabled Access
The building is designed for wheelchair access to all patient areas, which are all on the ground floor. An InfoLoop system is available at the surgery for patient’s who suffer with impaired hearing.
Interview Room
The interview room is available for patients who wish to talk to a member of the practice privately and all information given to any member of staff is treated confidentially.
Parking
The Surgery has adequate parking facilities for our patients, including space for the disabled.
Further Information
The Practice is fully computerised and committed to development in Information Technology. The Surgery has a Patient Lending Library – books, pamphlets and leaflets on a wide range of subjects are available. We do ask for a deposit of £2 for the loan of books and this is refundable on the return of the book. To comply with the smoke-free law, the surgery has a NO SMOKING policy. The use of drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited and if you are caught using the premises for this purpose, you will without question be removed from the practice list.
We respectfully request that mobile phones are switched off in the surgery, as they can be disruptive to the efficient running of the surgery, and to other patients.
The Surgery Premises are protected by CCTV.
